Notes on support pricing

The Free package is included with "Fox" and all other commercial packages.

"Business hours" are 09:00 to 17:30 UK time, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). "Business hours+" extends this until 22:00 UK time. 

"Incidents" mean questions, requests and are counted monthly.
